Long Shot Brewery is the culmination of founder Jesse Jurado’s 28-year journey in the craft beer world. What Jesse affectionately calls the “accidental brewery” represents the unexpected yet fortunate path that transformed his longtime dream into reality.

Founded in Visalia, California, Long Shot Brewery opened its doors in May 2025, bringing Jesse’s passion for exceptional craft brewing to our local community.
